  1. Mario and Peach found just the right house. They signed a contract, subject only to being approved for financing. They’re debt free, have good jobs, and have a 20% down payment. When they applied for a 15-year fixed mortgage, they were rejected! The mortgage broker told them that their FICO scores were too low. They were astonished!! When they checked their credit bureau report, they found several glaring inaccuracies. What are the exact steps they need to take with this new information that there are inaccuracies on their credit bureau report?
